September 2024 Zoning Amendments

The following proposed amendments to the Burlington Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map are as follows for the 2024 September Town Meeting being held on Monday September 23, 2024.

Town Common Signage Amendment - This was recommended favorably to Town Meeting at the Planning Board Meeting of August 15, 2024

Accessory structures in the One Family Dwelling (RO) Zoning District - This was recommended favorably to Town Meeting at the Planning Board Meeting of August 15, 2024

Recreational Marijuana Dispensaries in a new Marijuana Retail Zoning Overlay District - This was withdrawn at the Planning Board meeting of November 7, 2024

43 Middlesex Turnpike/Middlesex Commons Rezone to General Business (BG) District - This was recommended favorably to Town Meeting at the Planning Board Meeting of August 15, 2024

Parking and Landscaping Housekeeping Amendment - This was recommended favorably to Town Meeting at the Planning Board Meeting of August 15, 2024

Definitions and Use Table Housekeeping - This was recommended favorably to Town Meeting at the Planning Board Meeting of August 15, 2024

Refining Definition of Retail, Experiential and Commercial Interactive Venue - This was recommended favorably to Town Meeting at the Planning Board Meeting of August 15, 2024
