Burlington has seven Affordable Housing apartment rental complexes and two Assisted Living complexes. Their rents are based on the HUD Guidelines which change every year in March or April.

Apartments
You must first go to the Complex itself and sign their waiting list with the Town of Burlington. They will contact our office at the town when and if you are approved. There is no minimum income other than that you have to be able to afford the rent and utilities.
