Endorsement of a Plan Believed Not to Require Approval (ANR)

Any applicant who wishes to record a plan of land in the Registry of Deeds or the Land Court, and who believes that the plan does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law, may apply to the Planning Board for a determination that the subject plan does not require subdivision approval.

To file a ANR Application you will need:

1. Completed ANR Application

2. A brief descripton of the proposed plan

3. (3) full size (24" x 36") folder paper copies, 1 electronic pdf of the approved site plan as well as one copy of the plan on mylar for endorsement.
